You will receive your gift card in your email inbox. All you will need to do is open the message, and find the PDF file attachment at the bottom of the email. The PDF is a digital scan of an authentic physical USA gift card containing the code you will need to redeem the card to your account or digital wallet. This ensures you are dealing with a trusted seller, and purchasing legitimate, and valid cards.

Your gift cards will be e-mailed to you within minutes during our normal operating hours of 8am – 8pm PST. Outside of those hours we do email cards, but only for approved customers. Customer verification and approval may have to be done for certain customers if PayPal warns us the transactions may look fraudulent or if your IP doesn’t match your address. Customer verification is done in a number of different ways. Generally you can call us to confirm your order, or send us a “selfie” while holding up your order number or government issued ID.

We will resend your cards shortly – just contact us and ask us where they are.
